On the other hand, reducing sugar intake has proven benefits, including weight loss, reduced inflammation, and a lower risk of diabetes and heart disease.
While Sara's diet may seem restrictive, it highlights the growing trend of extreme fitness routines among celebrities. The key takeaway? Balance is essential—superfoods are beneficial, but cutting out entire food groups might not be the healthiest approach.
