India pulls out of Asia Cup: BCCI's shocking move against Pakistan!

In a bold move, the BCCI has reportedly decided to pull Team India out of all upcoming Asian Cricket Council (ACC) tournaments, including the Men's Asia Cup scheduled for September 2025 and the Women's Emerging Teams Asia Cup in Sri Lanka next month.

This decision comes amid escalating political tensions between India and Pakistan, which recently caused the IPL 2025 to be paused temporarily.

According to reports from the Indian Express , the BCCI has formally communicated its stance to the ACC.

The decision is seen as part of a larger strategy to diplomatically isolate Pakistan in international cricket. Notably, the ACC is currently chaired by Pakistan's Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, who also heads the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).

Sources suggest that without India's participation - given its massive sponsorship and broadcasting pull - the fate of the Asia Cup may now hang in balance, raising serious questions about the tournament's future.
